People who are interested in activities during the day are welcome to the kayaks and paddleboards that are available to rent if they would like to explore the shallow bay or do some snorkelling off of the nearby Buddha Rock. The town of Chalok Baan Kao Bay also has some other restaurants and bars that people can easily walk to from Assava.
All the training and fun dives on done from their own private boat, with trips going in the morning, afternoon, and occasionally in the evening for night dives.
