The ancient Indian yoga practice is an ideal way to learn to relax, find focus and tone the body. Yoga focuses on developing awareness of the breath with various poses or postures intended to stretch and strengthen the body and, in turn, the mind and spirit. So, if you are feeling stressed out, or you would like to try something that you’ve never had time for, or want to keep up your practice, join yoga classes in a calm atmosphere Koh Tao offered.
Yoga is taught in various locations on Koh Tao, where trained practitioners can help you relieve stress and worry, detox and energise your body, and uplift the spirit. Many yoga types are available such as Hatha yoga, Restorative yoga, Pranayama yoga, and Upa Yoga. All levels are welcome, whether you are a beginner or experienced. Each yoga centre is run by foreign yoga teachers who have long experience in this field and are residents of Koh Tao. All classes are taught in English. The daily class costs 300 Baht/class for 1:30 hours. In addition, 5, 10 class, and 1-month passes are available for a lower prices. Yoga Teacher Training Course and a yoga retreat are also offered.
The cheapest and most popular way of getting to Koh Tao is the combined bus/boat ticket which offered by Lomprayah Catamaran and Songserm Express.

To possess a 50% refund for your cancellation, you must inform us two days before the trip and no longer than 180 days after the deposit payment. Snorkelling trip booked on long holiday are non-refundable.

KOH TAO : a Complete Guide reserves the right to cancel our tour due to poor weather conditions or any circumstances regarding safety. We then refund 100% of your deposit payment.
Ticket must be purchased at least 3 days before departure date.
The voucher must be printed out and reconfirm at Lomprayah check-in counter on departure date. Passenger must check-in 30 minutes prior to departure time. Failure to do so, the ticket will not be refunded.
Baggage allowance is 20 kg/person. Extra weight cost 20 Baht/kg, but not exceed to 30 kg in total.
Destination and route are not allowed to be changed.
